Crystal Clear Policies, Just Like Our Lenses
All sales final. Prescription glasses are made to fulfill the specific vision needs of an individual based on their prescription. Once the lenses are ground to the individual's prescription, they cannot be reused for another customer. Prescription lenses have a 60-day manufacturer defect warranty. The defect policy does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or improper handling of the eyewear. Scratches on lenses or frames are also not considered manufacturing defects.
